Regarding the project I previously posted, I would like to inform you that, regrettably, we have decided to *restart the process from scratch*.

The reason for this decision is that the survey was configured in a way that allowed a single person to submit multiple votes.

Upon reviewing the results, we found that the number of votes had already exceeded *three times last year’s total*.

If this were simply due to increased visibility, it would be nothing but appreciated.

However, this survey was set up to send a *Gmail notification each time a vote was submitted*.

While the survey itself is completely anonymous and the emails do not indicate which option was chosen—making it impossible to reach a definitive conclusion—we reviewed the timestamps of the notification emails and found *voting activity that appeared to be repeated submissions within a short time frame*.

As I do not regularly use Gmail, I sincerely apologize for the delay in noticing and responding to this issue.

In order to maintain fairness, we plan to *adjust the conditions and conduct the survey again*.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do not mind, I would greatly appreciate it if you could once again cast your vote for your preferred option.

前回投稿した企画につきまして、誠に勝手ながら一度仕切り直しとさせてください。

理由としましては、一人で複数回投票できる仕様になっていたためです。

先ほど確認したところ、すでに昨年の3倍以上の得票数がありました。

これだけであれば、多くの方にご覧いただけてありがたい限り、という話になります。

ただ、今回のアンケートは投票時に投票完了を通知するGmailが送信される設定となっていました。
