Also, I would like to recommend two anime’s to you that I think you would enjoy. The first being Sword Art Online, despite the controversy over whether it is good or bad, I think it’s a real gem, and has an incredible last season! (and a couple of movies). The Second is The Seven Deadly Sins, the storyline of the show is held up there with some of the best by some people, however some say that the animation drops off after season 2, while this is true it doesn’t make it any less enjoyable! So yeah, I personally think you would love them, and the concepts behind them are awesome, hopefully we get to see you react to them one day!

Also the dub is curated for english( ex:thy didnt translate the jokes they made new ones that fit english and the VA's is really good) Anime has a lot of sub purists but my gf is japanese and even she like the dub better. This + baccano are the only anime I can say that for and the MC VA is in both
