There can be a very compelling alternate option, namely in a high-stakes, technically rare positions where the man in this, one the boyfriend holds, he could be in a rare job, very technical - and it's significantly important to the team to establishing a deep, unguarded trust with a coworker is an absolute professional necessity, not a relationship concern. - Necessity of Trust: When dealing with incredibly rare and difficult technical work, where turnover is a crippling risk, the person who is effectively the lead must invest years into training and mentorship. The real question is what is she truly afraid to lose more: control or him? If it’s control, she is a narcissist that will find a new victim after he leaves. If it’s him, then she is in love with him and they need professional help to learn to establish a healthy relationship Dommie Mommy/Subbie Hubby (Boy) relationship. Good luck you two! Great job Hana!
