[GA] May 2024 - Better Self

As human beings, we are a complicated patchwork of both the best things we've ever done and the worst. And every degree in between those two points. However, a lot of the grace we extend to others by not judging them by their very worst day, we use to absolutely crucify ourselves and never give ourselves credit for the light in us.
Let me take you into my clouds and bind and gag The Critic, The Judge, The Jailor and every other negative voice in your head and allow you to see yourself clearly. And to start allowing yourself pride for the good in you, a sense of pride that will help you believe in and bolster your better self.
