I would love to see you play a text parser on stream because hearing your thought process as you work through puzzles would be just as interesting as watching a game with flashy visuals. One I highly recommend, especially because you are into grammar and linguistics, is Counterfeit Monkey. Gameplay revolves around manipulating the names of items and interactables (removing letters, adding letters, swapping synonyms or homonyms...) in order to create new items your character needs. There are multiple solutions to many of the challenges, so I think you could have a lot of fun with it.
