2020 has been an...interesting year~๐
I thought this would be my first full year as a professional wrestler and would be doing lots of matches, but of course that was cut short in February when shows were postponed in the UK~ ๐ฐ
Even though there were hardly any shows, lots of things happened in wrestling. The speaking out movement, the loss of Hana Kimura, Ryan Smile and Brodie Lee, promotions closing altogether...it hasn't been easy~ Hana's death hit me hard. Her and Tokyo Cyber Squad have really inspired and motivated me~! They taught me that everyone has a place, no matter how 'weird' or 'different' you are...you've just gotta find it~! I still miss TCS, they'll always be the best Stardom faction to me. We've all stuck together, and that's helped us get through~! I'm sure Hana would be happy that everyone is being kinder~ If only people would have been more like that when she was here with us~๐ฐ
A new date on the calendar won't magically fix everything, but it's giving us a fresh sense of excitement and hope that will motivate us to keep on doing our best~! My number one hope is that I can go back to doing matches in 2021~ My goal is to have at least 10 promotions on my wrestling CV by the end of the year~! I know I can do it if I keep working hard~! But of course, if there are any promotions you'd like to see me at this year, be sure to let them know~๐๐ฐ
