Update!
Added 2017-02-15 15:01:05 +0000 UTCOk troubleshooting brought us down to this. This is a Racor primary fuel filter. The filter itself isn't clogged, we believe it's the housing that is causing the problem. These have lots of little parts including a ball type of check valve that can get all gunked up. We've ordered a brand new one and will swap it out. Then we plan to rebuild this one (you can get a rebuild kit) and then have it as a spare. So we're on hold until the new part comes in the mail. You don't want to open a fuel system and let it sit because it will draw moisture. Plus there are fumes and we live on this baby! So once the new part comes we should be in business! Other parts on the way include a new autopilot belt (the old broke on the way here), extra fuel pump, more fuel filters and extra injectors. Hope to see you at the boat show!!

The valve works just fine! It's that Racor. Lines are clear and all blow through great until you include the Racor. She's in need of some TLC!
