Improved work of the "Handle Data in every game mode" feature, so now it possible retrieve data of the ground vehicles.
Plot:
The context menu (RMB on the plot area) settings are now saved to the plot profiles.

Small UI changes:
- General tab: Moved the audio settings into "Audio" Group.
- Color tab: Added a label for "Color Editor" group.
Indicators:
All GFX indicators can now be positioned relative to the group position by using offset values (X, Y) in the Group position mode.
Added a new custom indicator "Stopwatch". A simple stopwatch that can be controlled by hotkeys. Also, it can be used as an example of how to use label indicators with Lua scripts.
Added "GFX Artificial Horizon" indicator, same as in the GFX HUD.
GFX Vario:
- Added "Units" option: Meters/Feet.
- Added "Show Altitude" option.
GFX HUD: Added "Enable Artificial Horizon" option.
GFX Compass: Added "Show Heading Value" option.

Fixes:
win32: Fixed incorrect hotkey assignment when joystick has more than 32 buttons.
Fixed a bug that leads to label does not display when "OSD Name" is empty.
