WIP: WTRTI v2.2 - 20230428

- Added the ability to use Joystick buttons as Hotkeys.
- Windows: Any device that supports: DirectInput or Xinput.
- Linux: evdev.
- Added a new shortcuts for the Main window:
- CTRL + A - opens "Add" window.
- CTRL + D - delete selected Indicator.
Alert:
- The sound "Repeat Interval" is now decoupled from the global "Update interval", so now it's always N * 100ms.
- Added "To the Queue" for sequential sounds playback, with the ability to set Priorities:
- Low - sound will be played only when there no other sound is playing.
- Normal - simply add sound to the queue.
Settings:
- Group: Added "Position Converter" button, Absolute <-> Relative.
Game Chat:
- Replaced SimplyTranslate with Lingva.ml, due to the the SimplyTranslate.org is no longer available.
Fixes:
- FM parser: Fixed missing "Flaps speeds" for some planes.
- Fixed a bug when an Alert Sound would not stops after changing "Alert Delay" or "Hide If" state.
- Fixed a crash when pressing the indicator's "Delete" button while the indicator was not selected.
