Sup Mandy, I'm Steve yo! So spatchcocking is a way of preparing poultry where you remove the backbone and flatten it out, typically for grilling. You've probably seen it before. Where it gets confusing is that a spatchcock is also a type of small chicken. And jus (French for juice, pronounced like jew, which you should already know!) is a thin gravy, usually quite intense in flavour. Weird to have both a gravy and a jus on a dish. Also yes! Vacuum pack the camel! EXACTLY what I was thinking! Great hatracks think alike🤪. Yeah they need to do some kind of Taskmaster superfans series.
