The story dream event is still not completely finished, so please make a save if you want to see it in full. It should be out in full for the next release (Beta 2) in a few days.
As for the Halloween event, it should trigger automatically next time you go to sleep if you're continuing from an earlier save. Otherwise, look for it in the Dreamer Pro app. This event will be available until the end of November.
