So yesterday I thought I was finished with this. I was about to post the rendered images for the 20$ Preview and then go to bed when I noticed stuff I didn't like. The image above shows the new background btw.
Here's a shot of yesterday's render. Her face looks a bit lifeless, which I already took care of by adding some highlights. The bigger issue I had with it is the hair.
This is the third time I'm rewriting this paragraph ... the other two times I went on about technical stuff about the hair shader :X So the short version is that her hair looks too dark, too metallic and too grey. Gotta fix that.
