Groundwork done

My friends, the ground and grass is painted and hopefully "integrated" well into the scene 😁

This time I didn't use the standard "wet" method for blending enamels because it simply wasn't working, so instead I applied a wash of Dry Earth, let it dry, then applied Earth over most of the ground, let it dry, and finished with Dark Wash around stones, tufts of grass, etc.

Stones and other debris were painted as usual, pretty much with the same paints as I always use. My package with cats, side cutters and vegetation arrived today, so I'll be adding more weeds, burdocks, dandelions and nettles. The small rock garden in front of the house should have some flowers, so we'll see how that turns out.

The house is glued in place, and the cobblestones are now also finished (I just painted a few loose stones there). So, apart from the PE and paper vegetation I can focus on the telegraph pole, wiring, etc. Today I want to edit the cobblestone video, so more progress should be done tomorrow. Cheers!
