Dust... and dry mud... is done! (well almost, I have to add a little bit on the exhausts)
The smooth airbrushed effects from yesterday are gone, replaced by blended Aqualine dry earth and speckled enamels... I told you the rear of the tank is gonna be intense ๐
Tomorrow I'll start with the dark damp earth tones. I'm saying start and not do, because these might take some time to lay down properly, but who knows, we'll see tomorrow.
One unexpected positive effect the dust has is how it blended some of the edges of the chipped Zimmerit. I kinda like that effect. Also, the Zimmerit is very good at absorbing all the earth paints... which makes me think if it was the case in real life with real mud and dust? Kinda makes sense, with physics and all...
Anyway, can't wait to see how the dark mud will look, especially on the back...
