Side note
How did i do Chromatic Aberration on this?
You put the finished painting into Picaso
Change to Pencil Sketch Filter(mess around with it)
then copy paste it over the painting
(Multiply the Layer clip a screen layer over it
color red then copy paste another one turn it green
then move one over to the left and the other to the right
or,,, what ever,,, its the easiest thing in the world....
