Heya, it's me, Never! Still sick as ever, but hopefully will get better soon
Lighter's fistfighting inspired me to make this, giving Caesar a special not-so-little insertion up her backdoor! Though, if you prefer to see the aftermath, you can also toggle the fist off to see the massive gape left behind! This mod also has some pasties for extra flair, and as per before, toggles for her muscles!
