haunted apartments - haunted house lot trait

i did this bc i wanna make an apartment a haunted house
29/3 specters moved inside the apartment! if you cant see them look outside the building but i think ive fixed the issue now
if ur looking for the specters, they're outside like this. i wanna move them inside but im not updating for the patch for at least a week so no point changing it now
