SET PETS AS BEING INDOOR ONLY, OUTSIDE ONLY, OR BOTH

UPDATE FOR 11/11/20 PATCH: ea removed the inside/outside trait, causing LEs. i've adjusted the mod to fit the update. now, in order to set a pet as both inside/outside, it will bring up a list of all the traits the pet has and you will see either the "inside only" trait or "outside only" trait which you can then remove
these are traits hidden by the game for some reason, i'm not sure if they ever get applied during gameplay so i made this mod to select the traits
