Behind the Scenes: Patreon and Discord Rebrand

Hey everyone!

Happy Fourth of July! Ry and I spent the day reorganizing and updating both Patreon and Discord as we mentioned in this post. I wanted to take some time to give you a quick tour of what all has changed, and a few teasers on what you can expect from us soon.

Tiers Renamed

Since we'll be branching out into different stories soon, we wanted to switch up the theme to fit across the board. I hired the lovely Nimesoreol to create new graphics for each tier level that match the names. Discord also received new roles, colors, and a few new icons to go alongside them.

There are three big changes with the tier updates:

• NSFW chapters will now be unlocked for $5 Wanderer tier (artwork will still be $10 Cartographer tier and above)

• All edited writing workshop videos will be available one week early for Cartographer Patrons before going public. If you haven't seen one of our writing workshop videos yet, you can check out this one we presented on ChatGPT on YouTube!

• $40 US-based Scholar tiers can request one paperback copy of any released book. If you're an international patron, you can request one after two months pledged.

Discord Renamed

The Discord is now "DoubleBlind" and its description has been updated to include the RavynVT stream, DoubleBlind stream, and more. It'll always be the EaC! hub, but this way more people can feel comfortable joining just to hang out.

Categories and Tags Resorted and Renamed

Ry went through the tedious process of retagging every chapter in EaC! with "EaC! Chapter" and every artwork with "EaC! Artwork." Bless him. Right now, the categories are still close to how they looked before, but we will begin adding new ones as new stories come out.

And what are these new stories...?

The first one just around the corner is Of Trails and Snails! Sky and I have been working on this one for over a year, and I'm so excited that it's nearly ready to start going live!

Jack, a card dealer from Nevada, doesn't remember dying. But nothing in his fast-paced life of Vegas could have prepared him for his transportation to a world filled with snailgirls. With gamelit elements and action-packed battle sequences, Jack's adventure is anything but boring, even if the going can be a little slow.

This story is packed with imagination, monster girls, and a lotta spice! Watch out for the love darts!

Next up is Tsundere Mecha, which is Ry's team effort with Sky!

Tsundere Mecha (working title) focuses on mechs referred to as "Dynamic Frames." These frames require one male and one female to work properly, and are utilized to war against the Fiends - creatures that appeared without warning decades ago.

Karyl is a book-smart guy who wears his heart on his sleeve and has a strong sense of justice. After the loss of his family to the Fiends, he joins the Deadeye Mercenary Group in hopes that he can help fight against them.

Last but definitely not least is Saahira & Gül, a dark fantasy project that I'm working on with Chocobo!

Faylon is a place filled with the darkest of magics, and those with the aptitude can prove themselves at the Sanctum of the Nine Arts. The classes are brutal, the lessons at times fatal, and every handpicked student comes from a noble lineage.

Every student but Saahira. Having woken to a summoning circle in her own blood, her parents do all they can to get her into the sanctum, and now it's up to her to survive and thrive. The choir of demons that sing in her mind believes she can surpass them all, but it'll take a a few dangerous pacts with hell to get there.

New stories mean more chapters, more art, more opportunity for pins, and more genres and tales for you to dive into with us! We can't wait for you to meet these characters and wander their worlds alongside us.
