Yeah, definitely, it pissed me off at the moment, but I can clearly see that she has been backed into a corner as well. Walt took a big risk, he was playing with fire and unfortunately these are the consequences... It's just that we are aware as viewers that everything that Walter has done so far, all the batshit crazy things with so many close calls, it was all for his family and to see her do this kinda hurts knowing what he experienced for all these episodes. If we isolate only Skyler's pov this whole story, it definitely is at least somewhat understandable why she would do that, but still fcked up imo, especially because this will create even more unstable enviroment for their kids, but then again, Walter brought them killers without him being aware, awesome freaking show. :D

She already considers Walter divorced in her mind, and she wants the kids as far away from him as possible, fucking Ted was a move to gain some power over Walter, because it can hurt his manly pride. (The same pride that made Walter refuse the money from Elliot that would have helped them a lot). Walter put Skyler into a position where all power was taken away from her to the point that calling the police didnt even help her, she did the only thing she could think off (not saying its the right thing). Its a complex situation and thats what makes the show so good.
