I saw Spandam way more on the screen than this guy, but he somehow did so many insane things, much crazier than Spandam like killing all the civilians on evacuation ship, killing that marine soldier and using such underhanded means to gain advantage against Whitebeard. The things that Spandam did to Robin, Franky and Tom however felt way more personal and he is such a weakling goofball, it drove me crazy. He also didn't give a shit for activating buster call on all his soldiers on Enies Lobby. Logically it should be Akainu, but for me personally I hate Spandam waaay more, the shit he did to Robin was unbearable to watch.
