Last Known Photo Video Process

You'll see a couple of monstery things pop up throughout the process, each of which eventually got discarded in favour of the hanging feet. Initially I just had the idea to paint a guy peeing on a tree, and I figured I could incorporate some sort of additional spooky element later on. Most of the things I tried felt a little predictable or played out. I've done a lot of scary-monster-hiding-in-the-background type paintings, so I wanted to come with an idea that was a tiny bit more subtle. Hope you find the vid interesting!
