Now Emily wasn't interfering there but with her trust issues was there ever a chance she would grow suspicious of Ross having lingering feelings for Carol? Could have happened, and then what would have come from that?

2022-12-07 00:20:46 +0000 UTCI really wonder what it would’ve been like if they would’ve kept Emily for that original longer story arc. I wonder how that would’ve played out or what the original intention was for her and Ross - would it have been the same drama and demands but coming slower throughout the season - or would they have had some happy times together in their married life before the distrust got too much?! It would’ve been nice to see! But obviously with the actress not wanting to return because of her pregnancy we got this much shorter storyline! But I feel if it had been longer then it would’ve really felt like they had been in love properly and that the marriage was worth it… instead just a drop in the ocean almost. I dunno at the time I used to hate her character - but now I’m just musing as to what her character could’ve been like if they had that time for extra development!
