Balto 2 isn't a bad sequel. It's not a perfect sequel but Muru's chant never left me.

I have a film for you next month about the REAL story of "Balto". Even though i love this animation, i think that one is better (which is life action). Im happy you loved this one and cant wait till you see the next one. Ps: The Grizzly bear look very scary! But the sound they used for him reminded me of the T-Rex sound in "The land before time" π. I think its the exact same sound π€£

2022-09-24 18:50:49 +0000 UTCI do love the heck out of this movie and I love what they did with it in terms of morals. A perfect way to use history to teach a great lesson to kids. Totally worth looking up the actual history, though! Balto the real dog (just a regular husky irl) was amazing and led the last leg but there were a ton of amazing dogs and amazing mushers that put their all into saving the people of Nome. Especially look up Togo! He led the longest leg of the run and did a lot of incredible things that probably inspired the things Balto did in this movie. That's why I love the fact that although Balto got the statue, the memorial in Central Park is in honor of all of those dogs.
