You’re (sort of) wrong, Tania is right. In fact, probably just a good life skill to accept that your wife is almost always right. And my husband will agree with me 😅

I agree with Tania about Rachel's growth and how it's not easy to always know how to do something you've never done before. Majority of us get that practical knowledge growing up but some people are sheltered and never have. The pizza box situation feels intuitive to us like "wtf just fold it?!" but it's more of a symbol, it's a small thing referencing a bigger issue with her character. Rachel tends to give up on things that are difficult because that's what she knows. Instead of yelling at her, it would be better to speak to her calmy and teach her. Much like a child. You wouldn't yell at a kid for not knowing how to do something, you teach them. I think the world would be a nicer place if we could all take the time to be patient and kind with others and help them out. When I help my parents out with technology stuff sometimes it can be frustrating as hell but I have to remember that this isn't something they're used to and use it as a learning opportunity. Idk, sorry for the long comment! This isn't me trying to lecture you or be hateful, it's just something I see a lot and have noticed how hard it is to be emphatic when people frustrate us. It's something I try really hard to work on myself.
