This arc honestly is so dark and way to realistic for a kids show... It genuinely surprises me how this was allowed considering how Lemongrab's kingdom is a reference to North Korea, and the fact that they made Lemongrab look fat to which is similar to Kim Jong Un, then there is that propaganda video, it's all just unsettling lol Also I didn't really like how PB is trying to tell a child that he needs to save his people and it's his responsibility, when she should have just saved them, and just let Lemonhope be. Like I understand his family is there but he's still a child, it's not like he really asked for any of that so to expecting him to understand that is really stupid PB. Especially when she could just save them herself, like she's smart enough to find a way to save the lemon people without trying to make this kid do it. I genuinely just hate how she is pressuring a kid who she saved from a abusive and toxic environment to go back, and acts like it's nothing big or traumatizing. (What's the point of even saving him if you are going to pressure him into going back to do something he never agreed to doing smh. You're a GROWN ADULT who's capable &, he's a CHILD who never asked for this, so let's make this make sense can we?) I will say that PB song at the end was really good. Definitely one of my favorite songs of the show.

2025-07-09 23:22:04 +0000 UTC1- I think this is a play on lemonhope escaping from a dictatorship country (North korea) and fleeing to the candy kingdom (America) to have a chance at freedom. 2- Lemonhope just wanted to be free. PB is attempting to set him on a path to become the new leader for his people. Resulting in him feeling trapped and conflicted to either serve lemongrab or become a leader. 3- Yes at the end of the ep was a time skip, and every time they do a time skip tease I get kind of concerned over our main characters and how they are doing.

2025-07-09 19:41:05 +0000 UTCEven more evidence that the guy was PB he says something in German “DEINEM KOPF”(YOUR HEAD) and PB is known to speak German and she said she’s not allowed within the borders of the Lemongrab Kingdom and that guy couldn’t take Lemonhope inside the kingdom. Which is also why she was so shocked when lemon decided not to stay in the lemon kingdom because she helped him realize that he needs to go back and save the lemon people.
