Added 2018-03-30 08:59:55 +0000 UTCOK, so here is the first release of Chapter 4. I'm quite a bit better, though my main Laptop is definitely on the fritz, so I'll be using this one until I've got the money for a new one. With other recent expenses that I did not expect, this could take a while.
