New Year's Resolution?

I wrote a brief blurb earlier, but I realized it doesn't convey things very well. So, I'm going to try to do better. 2024 was a failure for Aylia's Story. I fell back into old habits and meandered about fiddling with this graphic, or editing that event. I'm sorry for that. This year needs to be better.
First, I'm going to be better about giving you guys updates. I fail because I don't have anything worthwhile to show, so I hide and don't post. I'm going to try to stop doing that. Every other Friday, I'll give you some kind of update.
Second, I need to show some progress. I told you I would a few weeks back. I've been putting together a quick show-off of the battle system that tries to minimize spoilers beyond a few graphics. Hopefully, my first Friday update I can give that to you.
Third, my Patreon is going to change this year. At some point, it will have to. I'll detail some of that later, assuming I get a few releases out. If I don't, I probably will have to shut the Patreon down, as I refuse to collect any more money from you all until I deliver some content.
It's been a long journey of endless frustration, but I've come to realize that it will eat at me forever if I don't finish Aylia's Story. I really like what I've started with, and if you are here still, you clearly do as well. So, damn it, let's get this fucking game moving.
