Alright my friends!
I'm going to try it this way: you pick a roll for each character to determine their action. Roll high or low to determine their success or failure in general.
The characters are now engaging into combat and depending on how you decide they'll roll the outcome is going to change. The outcome per se is the surprise!

Honestly, I can't even imagine CG rolling anything higher than 10 throughout the whole session 😂
