Okay some more longer thoughts for whatever it's worth. A favorite aphorism: "Reality is that which, when you ignore it, doesn't go away." Flights of fiction and fantasy are great for escaping the tedium of reality, and yet as many authors imagine, somewhere back in meatspace your real body is in a pod waiting for your painful return. Or the sudden dissolution of your consciousness due to hardware failure... It seems that ultimately we all go away, so are we real?
