It is the last movie to ever use real black and white film, I believe Kodak black and white. It is a great weird lower budget (2 million budget, I think) independent purposeful B movie. You can watch it for free on youtube a la a sort of horror host channel, complete with interviewing the director Paul Bunnell. I think its a must watch for people interested in making films, and it is absolutely GORGEOUS quality. I love the way real black and white film looks.
