Let's come together as a community so that I know what to do with these houses.

The house on the right is pretty big, but still plain looking. To me, that says "shared living space." It could be a dorm for the guards (since the towers look like they aren't really meant to be lived-in) or maybe it could be a duplex for two NPCs to share as roommates.
