Pirate Island Rework - An old and limited quest will be expanded to include a new location filled with piratical shenanigans and new interactions (Think Pirates of the Carribean but with more nudity and butt stuff)
Expanded Gloryhole content - This option is pure smut. I'll try shove in as many body types as possible and possibly expand on the Timid Mall Rat, Michael.
Duke and Shawn the Farmhands - These two lovers will get a content story expansion which will include some hot threesome (or twosome) action with your PC.
