Step by Step: Grémillet Sisters volume 3 cover art

As you may know, I HATE doing cover illustrations XD but every 6 months I have to do one or two ... or sometimes three! Argh!!! Anyway, I want to share with you a super ultra private "avant premiére": the rough art for the cover of my upcoming book "Les Soeurs Grémillet" vol. 3, out in June 2022!
The main character is now the third sister, Lucille, and the story is set on a beach on the north of France in late October.
So, enough of sunny country and lovely villages! The atmosphere is totally different, with a lot of grey tones and the colors of the ocean under an ever-changing sky!
I started with a clear idea of the background colors , knowing that the character's orange hair and yellow coat would be the main color notes.
