4.19 & 4.18.2 changes

Our results were not surprising considering the recent history;
Nothing seems to have changed on both ends of the game.
Japan still sends the app package & global does not for over 3 updates now.
Safetynet also has not changed the past 3~ or so updates.
Global server communication has not changed either but later today we will check japan further.
So expect the bot to be back online very soon.
