2023-09-10 11:31:09 +0000 UTCA couple notes: When Mr. Ksaver is talking about his family, there is a sheep plush doll in the background (just like when Zeke was holding an ape plush) - it's implied that his Beast was a sheep, not an ape, meaning the form the Beast takes depends on the wielder. We see the same with the Jaw: Marcel's, Ymir's and Porco's Jaw all look very different (though with the same function as an assault weapon). When Eren and Zeke were talking in Liberio, he said Grisha's memories opened up to him four years ago. Four years ago was when they sealed Wall Maria, got to the basement, and Eren kissed Historia's hand. We see the memory of Grisha confronting Frieda. Is that the only thing Eren saw at that time? Also, when Zeke asks if Eren agrees with their plan, he says he will "continue moving forward and put an end to 2,000 years of Titan domination." That's a very interesting way to phrase his response. He also says that "there is no greater salvation than never being born in this world," which is directly opposed to what his mother said about him in the recounting of Keith Shadis in the Bystander episode. She said he is special because he was born into this world. Eren also has a reaction to this phrase when Willy says the same thing during the declaration of war.
