The writing is on another level and its just a high quality piece of entertainment from the beginning of the episode to the last second. Personally i am thrilled everytime i watch the scene that leads up to Reiners suicide attempt. Its cut so unbelievably well with some really insane sound design. Also i don't know if you picked it up by now, but AOT is heavily influenced by german Nazi-History. The parallels are obvious. German names for most of the characters Historically correct uniforms and the military character Depictions of ghettos (Liberio) where Jews were forced to live. The armbands that Jews also had to wear under the German regime. And of course racial hatred as the central theme of the series. Very few Reactors notice and address this influence. Did you notice it personally?
