Sorry for the late reply. I actually went back and searched through the comic because I knew Cywer mentioned a number before. It's more than 30,000 but in retrospect that's waaaaaay too many. So I would say there are about 10,000 active Hordarians (not including the ones whose potential hasn't awakened yet), but they are balanced unevenly. For example the White Horda alone has around 1000 members, while the Black Horda doesn't even have 10.
