Updated tier list

As you might have seen already, I have updated my tier list which now includes the option for behind the scenes stuff and process videos or PSD files of my comic pages.
Don't worry I did not take any privileges of the 2 Dollar reward away, in fact I added the reward of having your Patreon name included in my latest episodes (starting next chapter).
If you do not want to have your name there, I totally understand. You can just message me and I will remove it :)
