A statement on AI Slop

PS: If your requested my work to be put through the AI bullshit, I don't want you here.
Recently, I have had my content stolen, turned into AI slop videos and put behind a paywall by a """creator""" known as "ChocolateR34". Let me set the record straight, I DO NOT ACCEPT THAT YOU DO THIS.
I don't want you to show me your AI garbage, nor do I want you to produce it, nor do I want you to train my work on it, and you are NOT allowed to put it behind your own paywall by any means. There is no chance I will okay such a decision.
If you are currently subscribed to Chocolate or any pages like theirs, I heavily suggest you support other Patreon pages where the person behind it is actually MAKING something, and has proper talent and respect for artistry. I listed a lot of these in my "Let's Talk" post from a few days ago. They provide actual content, and you should give your money to them instead of someone who wants all the clout but with none of the care to make anything themselves.
I will do my best to combat this, especially as technology advances and the AI craze continues to linger on until it crashes and burns (hopefully). If anyone wants to discuss this with me, let me make it very clear that I am not the least bit interested in generative AI and you will not convince me. Its a losing battle.

This is the most heart warming stance I have seen a creator take on this topic yet, I am seeing several actual talented artist dabbling more and more with AI and its almost always just looking very janky and weird. I do think it can be acceptable when used for minor touch ups and fixes, but fully generated stuff is just garbage.

Doesn't matter how long it takes to actually animate art themselves, just them going through the process to learn and experiment is enough to support those types of artists. This decision to animate through AI is frustrating to see, even if it is their own work they're using. Hopefully this trend dies down soon.
