bringing any part of the body back can bring comfort since the family actually has something to bury. the US military collects its soilders body parts if exploded. my friend told me stories about Iraq and the time he spent in that war and having to collect body parts from his platoons medic. he said 1 min he was talking to him and the next he was gone. my friend was blown back 5 feet or more he wasnt sure he was out of it for a few mins
