Yeah, strange. The AI is supposed to check the dirtiness level between 8PM and 11PM and if too high, the girl will go for the bath if she's at home. If you have an old save file prior to day 54 so I could check what's happening, that would be helpful.

Also, if you have purchased the behavior spell for Aiko from Lily, you'll be able to know how dirty she feels and when she's going to take a bath.
