I used to get these. Symbolism is often very idiosyncratic in dreams, but there are some that are common, & men dreaming their teeth are falling out is fear of impotence. As sexual desire & arousal comes in at puberty, unconsciously it maps onto the much earlier experience of developing teeth, presumably,, & hence that is how it is expressed in the dream state..
