Hi everybody, update time! hope that everybody is good, didnt have much modding time this month (exept for some 3d model work I did on Vincent for Aydan's Survivor mod) as I forgot to told you last month I started a Python front-end course, it is aimed to web desing but I also using it as a starting point to Python in general hoping it will help me to some day be able to create my own tools for modding. I do have some programing knowledge (I learned by my self when I was about 12yo and I started but nerver finished a C course years later) but I'm hoping to get fully into the topic, wish me luck!
Classic Costume Pack Volume 5: Deadly Silence
Was stuck with Chris's ninja costume for some time becuse I could not get right the rigging of the shoulder/armpits but I decided to give it a try again mostly for a change of pace after working some days straight with 8 bit sfx. After spending a couple of days working on it I not only get the shoulder/armpits (mostly) fixed I also got to fix some missing parts in the forearms that I somehow missed before. Now I just need to fix Rebecca's skirt and elbows that kinda deform a lot in some cutscenes and the pack will be finally ready. I also did some small fixes on Jill's costume that have some faces of her model fliped making those face invisible.
Installation:
The costumes are ready to use with Fluffy Manager 5000, just drop the 3 .rar files I sent on the MOD folder for Resident Evil HD remaster, run the manager, select the game, check the mods from the list and run the game.
Gameboy Conversion v0.9.9.8
Big update on the sound effect department, found two helpful things: a good source of free to use retro sfx (Brand Name Audio) and a easy to use tool designed to make retro style sfx (BFXR), thanks to this I was able to replace a big chunk of the all the sfx of the game. Still need to replace some blips and blops from when you put some items in place like the medals and stuff but I found those much more easy to do than the big ones that play in some cutscenes but now those are mostly done now. Thanks to the new tool I was able to replicate pretty acuratly the original zombie fall sound from the gb prototype (that was unripeable due to the sfx being mixed with the music) I hope I can recreate all the othe zombie sound with it. Next are the characters damage grunts and other enemies sfx's.
Still working on the missing cutscenes (hunters arrival is a pain in the ass lol) and adding new stuff to the ones that mostly done like animations and panning, all this while ironing the last details.
Almost forgot I found a crashing error if you play with Chris and let Rebecca bring you to the medical room after fighting Yawn, the game will crash after Rebecca calls Chris's name two times. I have no idea what causes it but you can avoid it by telling rebecca that she can come with you to serch the other members if you first found her in the medical room. I will try to fix this one for the next update.
Whats new?
Installation:
- Download the .7z file from the link I sent.
- Put the .7z file in the game folder next to the game executable and the Classic Rebirth patch.
- Make sure to back up your original MOVIE folder, then open the .7z file and extract only the MOVIE folder to the game folder. When its done close the .7z .
- Run the game and select the mod from the mod list like in the picture.

If you have any doubt or find any bug post them in the comments so I can fix it for the next build.
