At a certain point, if you shade so much (like last month), you would need to adjust the art style to it. More realistic eyes, face shape, nose....etc. for it to be perfect. I still really liked the hyper detailed coloring you did as an experiment, but this fits your style just much more. Also, I will jump and assume this is faster to make, and I absolutely endorse any style change that helps artists in avoiding burnout :D
