Weekend MBC stream
Added 2025-10-04 01:12:13 +0000 UTCThere may be an MBC stream this weekend depending on whether the current storm has faded a bit. If it happens the stream will start about an hour earlier than usual.
If the weather is still violent it may just be a normal stream here if power is still on.

2025-10-06 00:15:33 +0000 UTCInteresting. I would expect there to be a mystery smell leading up to the discovery of the issue. Many years ago the fuse holder for my flat started failing and there was a distinct fishy electrical smell in the close where the distribution equipment was located.

2025-10-05 16:22:09 +0000 UTC@Big Clive - a few streams ago people were talking about the 80/100A house main fuses(not for thr following reason) . On TV today they said there is an issue with some of the phenyl resin used to make the fuse housing becoming conductive under certain conditions ! For the 100A fuses used in the 70's and early 80's. One lady in Scotland had a fire because of her fuse and the BBC were kicking off. Its the Henley fuses - "Electrical unit in many homes 'could pose safety issue'"
