1. Quarters: Count it as 1, 2, 3, 4.
2. 8ths: Count it as 1 and, 2 and, 3 and, 4 and.
3. Triplets: Count it as 1 trip let, 2 trip let, 3 trip let, 4 trip let.
4. 16th notes: Count it as 1 e & a, 2 e & a, 3 e & a, 4 e & a.
