Updated HD Mega Drive Video
Added 2017-12-21 16:51:06 +0000 UTCA few updates and tweaks to the HD Mega Drive Video, including a good point raised by Matteusbeus; that Scart upscalers sometimes don't push RGB... a fact which became evident whilst I was shopping for one. So this is included in the video to make sure people don't fall into that particular trap.
