Originally had the panel 2 text also emphasizing that the key here is that dead pyre weed is only revived by fire magic (and regular old torches and ferrocerium aren't magical), but that made it even wordier than it already is.
I felt having the page imply that Juniper only survived because she saved herself (Josie would have taken too long to reach the room and the torch wouldn't have fixed everything) was the more important use of the page space.

Right, I meant that the QA was definitely the same Josie, but wasn’t explicit about it on its own. Now that we can see both, it’s pretty obvious. Though now I look again, she’s also, probably, wearing gloves there

2018-07-31 23:46:19 +0000 UTCSince Sono hasn’t replied, Josie was talked about when Juniper was first introduced. Juniper was searching for her aunt when she encountered Katarina (Page 28). Between the jump from Rika to Juniper and Katarina, there is a frame with someone spying on the Jellmock during one of there spelling things with pebbles sessions. That person is wearing a glove that we hadn’t seen again until Josie appeared on this page I think (it’s all we see of this person at this time, page 89). Finally there was a QA with a character named Josie, who isn’t explicitly explained to be Juniper’s aunt in that comic, but she knows a lot about the sealing wall and apparently how to venture into dangerous plant areas
