Changes To Mini Comics and Piggybank

So, for the past few weeks there have been a couple votes regarding if we should change how we do minis. Patrons involved with the voting/submitting process turned out to be overwhelmingly in favor of us going to an alternating month pattern - in order to facilitate more color/pages for the main comic - so that's what we'll be doing!

So we'll now be doing an A-B month pattern like so:

A Month: Voting!
B Month: Submissions | Mini Voted for in previous month is posted.

This means there will still be user input every month, and we'll have more time to plan out each mini.

In the short term, this means that next month (June) is a Voting month - the winning submission will be posted in July, and July is when we'll have the next submission thread.

-------------

I am going to be changing how the piggybank tier works:

Piggybank Tier

Want the higher tier benefits, but can’t handle paying that much in a single month? This tier is for you! Each month you gain 1 single-use credit! You can spend credits like so:
2 Credits - Participate in Content Submission or Voting
3 Credits - Receive the current archive of $15 content.

-----

> Prexisting credits no longer have a connection to $ amounts, and all credits totals are divided by 5. If any part of this piggybank change this ruins your plans for the future, PM me.

------

I am also changing the wording of the voting tier like so:

Voting Tier

$20 or more per month ∙ The  above, plus you can participate in the bi-monthly Grim Mini vote!
Furthermore, you receive a bonus vote each submission (non-voting) month. Bonus votes can be saved up (unlike regular votes), and are not lost until you win with them.

^^ This is the reason I felt I needed to change the Piggybank tier right now (so it no longer gives voting tier benefit, just the ability to vote). From here on out every 5$ and up patron could technically participate in every vote if they never submit (after first 2 months), but only people actually at the voting tier or higher build up bonus votes. Furthermore,  except for the very next month, this means folk that stay at the $20 tier always have at least 1 bonus vote during each vote. I feel this is the most reasonable way to give value to the $20 tier reward.

> ANYONE WITH BONUS VOTES STILL HAS THEM. Yes, at any level.  It's just that any new bonus votes are 20+ only.

----

I will tweak Submission Tier wording as well but it's going to work exactly the same as before, only with bi-monthly submission threads.

In anycase, I wanted to make this post before the end of the month, so here it is.  I'll be making the edits tomorrow.

Opinions Welcome!
